Shipping
We ship from Lagos to every state in Nigeria and to customers abroad. Your delivery cost is worked out from the weight of your order and where it is going, and it is shown to you at checkout before you pay.
How the cost is worked out
There is no flat delivery fee. Every rate is weight based, which keeps a single scarf from being charged like a full order of coats. The calculation runs in three steps.
1. We weigh your cart
Each item carries its own weight, and we add them up across everything in your cart, including the quantity of each size and colour you have chosen.
2. We match your address to a zone
Inside Nigeria the zone comes from the state you are delivering to. Outside Nigeria it comes from the country. The zones are listed below.
3. We show you the options for that weight
Each zone has rates set against weight bands. We show you the ones that fit your order, with the price for each, and you choose before you pay. Nothing is added after checkout.
Because the cost depends on both weight and destination, we do not publish a single price list here. Add your items to the cart and enter your address at checkout to see exactly what delivery will cost.
Delivery within Nigeria
Domestic rates are grouped by Lagos and the six geopolitical regions.
Lagos
Our home city, delivered by local courier. Lagos is priced on its own rather than as part of the South West.
South West
Ogun, Oyo, Osun, Ondo and Ekiti.
South East
Abia, Anambra, Ebonyi, Enugu and Imo.
South South
Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa, Cross River, Delta, Edo and Rivers.
North Central
Benue, Kogi, Kwara, Nasarawa, Niger, Plateau and the Federal Capital Territory.
North West
Jigawa, Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi, Sokoto and Zamfara.
North East
Adamawa, Bauchi, Borno, Gombe, Taraba and Yobe.
Delivery is to the street address you give us. Please include a phone number the courier can reach, and a landmark if that helps them find you.
International delivery
We ship to customers across Africa, Europe and North America. International orders are grouped into zones by country and priced by weight in the same way as domestic orders. The countries we currently deliver to are listed in the country selector at checkout. If yours is not there, write to us and we will see what we can do.
Import duties, customs charges and local taxes are set by the destination country. They are not included in the price you pay us and are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel. Customs can also hold a parcel for inspection, which is outside our control.
Dispatch and tracking
Orders are prepared once payment has cleared in full. If you paid by bank transfer, that means once we have confirmed the funds. We will email you when your parcel leaves us, with the courier and a tracking number where one is available.
You can check on an order at any time from our track order page, or from your account if you have one.
Delivery times depend on the courier and the destination, and are estimates rather than guarantees. Public holidays, weather and customs can all add time.
Addresses and failed deliveries
Please check your delivery address before you pay. Once an order is on its way we may not be able to change it. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, or because nobody could be reached to receive it, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A second delivery attempt may be chargeable.
